Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Sustainable Tourism Guidelines; Self-Assessment Tool and Training for Tourism MSMEs The WBG is seeking a consultancy firm to design; launch and implement sustainable tourism guidelines; a self-assessment tool; and training for tourism MSMEs in Cabo Verde; The Gambia and Sao Tome & Principe. The activities will focus on firm-level sustainability practices including circular economy practices. They will also employ behavioral economics approaches to effectively encourage sustainable choices among MSMEs and their customers. This will include using the guidelines; tool and training to help firms create easy pathways for themselves and their customers to embrace sustainable practices and behaviors. It is expected that the self-assessment tool will leverage technology and that at least part of the training will take place in in-person in each of the three countries.
