Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Support for Fish Burger Production Project the Salamansa Fishermen's Association in São Vicente (cabo Verde). Assignment Description : - The project will provide technical assistance and capacity building to fish burger production project with added value for fishery products and fish by products to the Salamansa Fishermen's Association in São Vicente. Work will include conducting a diagnostic study of the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities surrounding the project, as well as the management capacities of the association, its internal motivations, social roots and strategic partnerships. In addition, the vendor will conduct specific research on the market (island and national level) to assess the projects sustainability at different levels in terms of acceptance and demand. Finally, and based on the research conducted and the existing potential, the vendor will draft and propose a business plan and a marketing strategy, draft a model of contracts for suppliers and wholesalers and provide capacity building to the association to mobilize the needed resources to implement the business plan.
